CLUBHOUSE
Unprepossessing from the outside, the
clubhouse has large and small clubrooms. Each one is
well decorated with many club photographs, trophies and
memorabilia. Each clubroom has its own bar. There is a
patio area and barbecue.
The clubhouse is generally open Tuesday
and Thursday evenings after training, Saturday after
matches and Sunday lunchtime after Junior
training/matches.
Bristol Saracens has its own disco with
fully installed light and sound system within the large
clubroom which is run by our own resident DJ`s.
There is also a large screen which
regularly shows sporting events (six nations etc.)
Bristol Saracens have club caterers who
provide an excellent variety of meals after matches and
at some club functions. They are available for other
functions at Saracens and elsewhere - contact the
Social
Secretary.

BAR
The Bristol Saracens bar is renowned
throughout the Bristol Combination for the quality and
range of cask and bottled conditioned ales, draught keg
beers, lagers, Guinness, ciders, spirits, wines and Alco
pops.
The cellar is temperature-controlled
and draught products are served through separate
"pythons" for cask-conditioned, keg and soft drinks.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
The clubhouse is available for private
functions. We can accommodate many types of occasions,
from normal evening functions, wedding receptions, to
all day indoor and outdoor events.
We have club caterers who can provide
anything from a finger buffet to a banquet (or you can
organize your own catering). We also have a disco with
fully installed light and sound system and resident DJ`s
(or you can organize your own entertainment).
As for availability, the main
restrictions are on Saturdays during the playing season
when the Small Clubroom is not available. Access to the
Main Clubroom cannot be before 7:30 pm and start time
cannot be before 8 pm (to allow us to prepare the Main
Clubroom following post-match use). The clubhouse is
also in use until 2 pm on Sundays during the playing
season.
Prices for Private Functions are:

Cost of hire is £60 (£30 for Full
Members) plus £50 deposit
for a normal afternoon
or evening function. The hire includes bar staff,
normal cleaning and use of car park, lobby, toilets
and clubrooms (small clubroom not available for
Saturday functions during the playing season). Full
terms and conditions are shown on the booking form.

an additional £100 (£60 for Full Memers).
